Article

Russ Wellen has written a piece on the Huffington Post about the recent Nonproliferation Review prize I received and summing up some of the things I've been writing about nuclear weapons. I appreciate the piece and hope it gets some of these ideas to a wider audience. Wellen has been a champion of smart ideas for American foreign policy: incisive, well read, and consistently interesting.

Two corrections to the article: International Security is published by MIT Press, but it is based at Harvard. The event for the prize will be hosted by Stephen Schwartz, editor of The Nonproliferation Review. I will be presenting at the New America Foundation - an event hosted by Jeffrey Lewis - on the 24th of this month.

I'm grateful to Russ Wellen for that article because it did reach a wider audience. My Google news feed on 'nuclear weapons' caught it for me and led me to this website. Thanks for your divergent yet practical thinking on disarmament!
